Work Orders are accepted:

Monday – Thursday   8:00am – 3:00pm

All connect, disconnect & reconnect orders requested after 3:00pm will be worked the following business day No Work Orders will be accepted on Friday

Service for Electric, Water & Sewer requires:

      • Lease from the landlord
      • ID Card or Valid Driver’s License & Social Security Card
      • $250.00 Deposit Fee
      • $25.00 Connection Fee

Newly purchased homes requires:

      • Copy of cash sale
      • ID Card or Valid Driver’s License & Social Security Card
      • $250.00 Deposit Fee (Movables Only)
      • $25.00 Connect Fee

Services for water only requires:

      • Copy of cash sale/ Lease from the landlord
      • ID Card or Valid Driver’s License & Social Security Card
      • $50.00 Deposit
      • $25.00 Connection Fee

Services that are disconnected due to non-payment will be required to pay $50.00 Reconnect Fee to have services reconnected

             Friday                           7:30am – 11:00am

         In City Hall at 120 New Market Street in the lobby
